Information we receive
When you contact Yume, we may receive your name, email address, company, project details, approximate budget, and desired timeline. We also receive information you choose to send by email.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether we can help, prepare proposals, deliver agreed work, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse.
Call bookings
When you book a call, we save your name, email address, and chosen time in our Google Calendar to manage the appointment and contact you with meeting details.
Service providers
Contact-form submissions may be processed by our hosting and email-delivery providers. If enabled, we use Plausible for aggregate website analytics. Plausible does not use cookies or browser storage.
Cookies and external calendars
The Yume website does not set its own cookies or use local storage. If an external booking calendar is available, we ask before loading it. Loading the calendar shares your IP address and browser information with the booking provider, which may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. You can contact us instead. Your choice is kept only while this calendar component is open; it is not saved in browser storage. You can unload the calendar at any time, but this does not delete cookies the provider has already set.
Retention and sharing
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as it is useful for the conversation, delivery, legal obligations, and ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers that help operate the website and business, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain. Contact yume.support@gmail.com.
Before launch
This is a working draft and must be reviewed against Yume’s final company details, hosting, analytics, email provider, client locations, and applicable law before publication.
